Enjoying the Christmas Season!

Antonio got to E-mail Santa today... how cool is that!? Santa even E-mailed him back. He was thrilled! We also wrote Santa a letter via snail mail today.
My family is really enjoying the Christmas season this year. After the day is done, we love to just lounge around in our PJ's, have snacks and watch Christmas movies. I hope everyone else is having a blessed Holiday season like we are!

We got KOTA!

I'm so excited! Today, I was able to get the Playskool "Kota the Triceratops Dinosaur."

I absolutely LOVE this thing! Antonio and I always play with him when we see him in the store. I wasn't going to get him at first because he was almost 300$ and I was afraid Antonio would not play with him a lot and that's quite a bit of money for what it is... but he was on sale for 99$ today and he's definitely worth that!! Santa will put him under the tree this year as well! Antonio is going to LOVE it!!!

Christmas Cousins

I'm so happy I get to spend the weekend with my nieces Veronica and Francesca. They are both my Goddaughters and I love them so much. Antonio absolutely LOVES his cousins. Too bad they are all not here... Antonio would be in his GLORY! I love my nieces and nephews so much and Antonio loves his cousins.

Well, we all got comfy in our Jammie's, ordered Chinese for dinner and for dessert, we made another delicious ginger bread house... we only ate the little pieces so we can save our house until after Christmas. The kids have so much fun together and it feels even more special since its so close to Christmas!

Last Soccer Game - 6 goals, 1 assist!!

What a great (freezing) morning we have had so far! Josh and I got up real early, picked up my mom and niece, went for breakfast and then off to Antonio's last soccer game of the season. My niece Francesca must have been a lucky charm for him because he got 6 goals and 1 assist today! He was on a roll! I'm so proud of him, and he was so proud of himself. He got a beautiful metal which we will hang on the wall in his room. It was a really great soccer season! Next month is Basketball. We will enroll him this week!

Madagascar 2: Escape to Africa

Antonio took me on a date! We went to see Madagascar 2: Escape to Africa at the IMAX theater in Tampa. It was awesome! We went with Ashley, LeAnna, Lisa, Ricky and Gino. Antonio LOVED the HUGE screen we got to watch it on. It looked like it was in 3D! It was the best night I had in a long time. We had so much fun, I love when my baby has such a good time.

School and Park Day!

Tuesday was such a beautiful day. After school, Antonio had a little play date at the park with some of his friends and after, we went with his friend Katherine to Wendy's and back to our house to eat. It was a really nice day for us.

LeAnna Turns 3!

Last Sunday was LeAnna's birthday party. Antonio had a great time. Ashley (LeAnna's mommy, my good friend) had the most delicious food and it was a really nice time. Happy 3rd Birthday little mama! Handsome man ready to leave:

So Blessed this Christmas (and everyday!)

I would really like to take some time to write about all of the blessings in my life. I would not have ANYTHING if it wasn't for my Lord Jesus... and I love and THANK Him, with all of my heart...

For my son - a wonderful, perfectly healthy, happy boy.. for his beautiful, sweet face and gorgeous smile that guides my way. He is an angel sent to me from Heaven. I look into his big brown eyes and see the greatest miracle ever given to me. He is the joy of every day. My first born son.

For my husband - for everything he does for our son and I so that we can have everything we ever wanted or dreamed of. For all of his hard work and his loyalty to us. For his protection and warmth. For the best friend that I've found in him. For his respect and trust. He truly understands and inspires me. Josh and I have a relationship that surpasses all of my expectations.

For my Family - For my parents who have been together through it all, for their love, happiness, giving hearts and well-being.
For my brothers and sisters and their children. Their health, happiness and love.

For my Friends - my true friends, new and old. For always giving me someone to lean on if times get rough, for their health and the health and happiness of their families and loved ones.

Step2 Art Master Activity Desk

Up until now, Antonio had nothing "big" to be put under the tree from Santa. It was supposed to be his 50s Diner/Kitchen but he saw it.
So today, I ordered him the Step2 Art Master Activity Desk. I think he will really love it. Antonio is very artistic and we are always coloring and drawing...on the floor haha. But that is about to change come Christmas :) He will have his own "art area" with his new desk. I will of course buy him some art supplies to go with it (crayons, markers etc.)

He should be a VERY happy boy on Christmas morning. Praise the Lord.

Week Recap

Just here for a little week update :)

It was a really nice week for us. Josh had 2 days off this week! That has not happened in MONTHS! It is always so wonderful spending time with both of my boys. We went shopping and out to eat and it was great.
I was a little annoyed in the beginning of the week. Antonio's kitchen/diner arrived- which is great, however, the guy who delivered it rang the doorbell and dropped it off right in front of Antonio with the picture facing him. He saw it through the glass doors and stared jumping up and down screaming "a kitchen a kitchen"...
There was no way to hide it. I was so disappointed because it was supposed to be from Santa. He was so excited... I just said "Wow you must have been a good boy for Santa to deliver this early!" ... and we put it together. He was THRILLED that Santa really sent him the kitchen that he asked for early. Antonio absolutely loves it. We have been playing with it all week.

Yesterday Josh, Antonio and I went to applebees and had a delicious meal together.

Finally, tonight was our community "tree lighting ceremony" We all stand around the tree singing and Santa comes and brings all of the kids candy canes. Its adorable. When we got home we put together a gingerbread house. Then I gave Antonio a bath and put him to sleep since he needs to be up early for soccer tomorrow. It was a really fun week.
