the Easter Bunny came!

Our Easter Sunday was great. We spent the day surrounded by family and it was just a ton of laughs. The kids were so well behaved and the weather was gorgeous. The Easter bunny was so good to the kids and they were thrilled.
Antonio woke us up bright and early once he saw the bunny was here. The boys opened up their goodies and then went on the Easter egg hunt that was set up for them. After that was done, we went and picked up breakfast for all and went over to my moms. The boys got even more goodies, we had breakfast and I helped set up for another egg hunt before going home to take a shower. We relaxed a little bit at home and then went back to Grandma and Grandpa's for another Easter egg hunt and a DELICIOUS dinner. I am STUFFED!! I only got photos of the boys this morning. Once we went back to Grandma's, it was a little hectic and I completely forgot to pick up the camera again!

Coloring Easter Eggs!

We had sooo much fun today coloring Easter eggs! My sister Andrea, nephew Dominic and niece Francesca and of course Grandma came over our house to paint eggs for Easter! We even had some animal company, a few of Zia's little chicks came to visit us! Giovanni had more fun eating the eggs then painting them and Francesca still hates getting her picture taken haha. We can not wait for Easter tomorrow and the boys are so excited that the Easter bunny is going to leave them goodies while they sleep!

Good Friday 2011

Our good Friday was pleasantly uneventful. Antonio is still re-cooperating so we just stayed around the house and relaxed mostly... we did however get a chance to color some Easter eggs! Its kind of a little family tradition to color a few eggs on Good Friday. We will leave the rest for tomorrow when my nieces and nephew come over :)
