A Disney Vacation to Celebrate our Anniversary!

Words cannot explain the love my family has for Disney World. We are total Disney fanatics! We try to plan a Disney trip at least once every year. This year, we went to celebrate my one year wedding anniversary. It was amazing. Our anniversary isn't actually until the 29th but it just worked out better going a week early because of Josh's work. Both Josh's family and my family joined together to celebrate with us and we had the best time ever! The only complaint I had was the heat so we basically hung around the pools in the day and then the parks at night. It was a little stressful on my feet being 25 weeks pregnant and all so my wonderful hubby rented me an electric scooter everyday, it was great!! We are in a complete fantasy world when we are there, it was really sad to leave... but now, we can start planning next years trip!!! It's really way too hot in June/July/August so we will actually plan to celebrate Giovanni's 1st birthday there next year at the end of September or beginning of October! Can't wait!!! Day 1- We arrived at Epcot around 11am and had a great time at the world showcase! We spent a lot of our time in China, it was gorgeous there! Antonio got to pick out an oyster in Japan and get his own pearl! He got a gorgeous 7mm pearl with a pink tint! Of course, I want it so I can turn it into a necklace :) In the afternoon we headed over to the Magic Kingdom and met up with both of our families. Of course the Pirate ride was the first ride we had to go to for Antonio. We ended the night with a delicious Dinner at the Crystal Palace to celebrate our anniversary!!! And then the gorgeous firework show over the castle "wishes".

Day 2- After breakfast, we spent most of our day at the Caribbean Beach Resort pool area. There was an awesome Pirate Cove for the kids and a huge pool for the adults with 2 fun slides. I enjoyed this because its just way too hot at the parks in the day. At around 4pm we went back to our hotel room to get ready for the Magic Kingdom again to finish up anything we missed.

Day 3- (By this time I was so swollen lol) Our final day was awesome! We headed over to the Polynesian for breakfast and shopping. Then we went to Disney's Hollywood Studios. We ended the night by going to the Magic Kingdom again to go on all of Antonio's favorite rides for the last time (until next year that is!) What a wonderful vacation! The best!!

Early Fathers Day Note :-D

I just wanted to leave an early fathers day note to my hubby since we are leaving in the morning for our Disney World vacation and will not be home until after Fathers day...

Josh, the boys and I are so blessed to have a man like you in our lives. You are an amazing father and husband and I cant thank GOD enough for bringing us together as a family.

And to my Daddy who I love so much... Thank you for EVERYTHING you have and continue to give me. You are so generous and I appreciate it more then you will ever know!! I am so lucky to have a father like you!

New York Family

Last Friday, my brother, his fiance and daughter came to visit us from NY. We had the greatest time (as usual) and it was sad to see them leave on Monday. I'm confident they will be back soon... I hope!
Antonio always has the greatest time with his cousins. We spent most of the weekend at my moms house BBQin' and in the pool. Sunday, we took a trip to the beach. We are so happy we got to spend this time with them :)

Learning to Swim!!

Antonio is doing such a good job swimming without his floaty! His favorite thing to do is swim underwater! Sunday, for the first time ever, Antonio was brave enough to hit the water without his life preserver on... and he did GREAT! He is really getting the hang of things! Now all he wants to do is swim, swim, swim. Here are some shots we got of him (and a video!) swimming on Sunday and his little (almost) night time swim with his cousin tonight :)

He READS and SPELLS!

*Just a little brag, I'm so proud of my baby*

I can't get over my little Antonio. He is 4 years old and just amazes me more and more every day. I am not saying he can sit down and read a whole book... but my little baby is READING words. Lots of words! And spelling too!
I can no longer spell things out to my family, husband or friends so that he wouldn't know what I'm saying... because he knows exactly what I spell out every time! LOL.
We were at my parents house the other day and my dad said "Maybe we can go to the b.e.a.c.h. today" (spelling out the word beach) and Antonio replies... "YESSS I want to go to the beach!"
Tonight, Antonio is having a little sleepover with his cousins and my niece asked me if I wanted to play cards. I said "sure, but I will be much better off once Antonio goes to s.l.e.e.p." and Antonio said "Hey I know what you spelled! SLEEP!" These are just a few examples of what I'm talking about...
He also reads the shows that are on T.V. If I am flipping through the channels, he knows what is coming on before the picture shows up... its amazing. He knows his whole alphabet and all of his sounds and he is now putting them together.
Last year, when Antonio was 3, he read all the stores that we passed on the road... but I'm pretty sure he knew most of them because he recognized the writing or the symbol of the store (which is very smart too) but now he is reading and spelling words with no pictures. I'm so blessed and amazed that God has given me such a bright little boy! My mom said I was reading in kindergarten, looks like my baby is well on his way to doing that!

Karen's Visit

Today our friends Karen, Mike and their children came over. She is preggy like I am :) Her little girl Jenna is due in about 7 weeks :) Karen and I have known each other for about 4 or 5 years now. Since Antonio and Justin were tiny babies :) Now she is on #3 and I am on #2 aww :)Justin and Antonio playing pirates Nathan:

22 Week Ultrasound!

Today was another ultrasound for Giovanni. It was so sweet to see the huge smile from ear to ear on my husbands face the whole time. Giovanni looks so much bigger since our 16 week ultrasound! I just can not wait to get our 3D one!! Everything looked GREAT with Giovanni praise the Lord!! After the u/s, we went to The Cracker Barrel to eat... yum! When we got home, a Walt Disney World planning DVD came in the mail and we watched it getting so excited for our Disney trip in 19 days!!
