Antonio had another birthday party he went to yesterday. It was a really nice time. There was lots of yummy food, games and a jump house. Katherine is one of Antonio's little friends from school.

Adriana's Birthday Party

Today Antonio had his cousin Adriana's 8 year old birthday party at Rainbow Rollerland. He had so much fun!!

When we got home, Antonio and I decided to do his model airplane that he got as a thank you gift from Adriana. We had so much fun, it was Antonio's first model plane! He got a little side tracked and started painting himself hahaha but all in fun :)

Antonio's First Baseball Practice!

Antonio had his first baseball practice today. It was such a gorgeous day it seemed everyone came out to cheer for their children and grandchildren! Little soccer players were also there. Unfortunately, this season's soccer was running at the same times as baseball so we just told Antonio to choose one to play this time. Since he has not tried baseball yet, this is what he chose. His team is called the "Indians" and they are so cute!! I am assuming he will get his team shirt before the first real game.

Today was also the first time I got to use my brand new video camera I got for valentines day! Josh video taped lots of the practice!

Not much has been going on here anyway :) I have my next prenatal appointment on March 31st and Antonio has a few birthday party's coming up :)

My 1st Prenatal Appt.

Today was my first prenatal doctors appointment. I was able to stay in bed until around 11am -then I had to drag myself to take a shower. I was really so excited to have my first visit so I pushed myself as much as I could. After throwing up my whole breakfast, I brushed my teeth and Josh, Antonio and I headed out. We met my mom and dad at the doctors office. Everything is going great so far. He prescribed me a different kind of medicine called Zofran for my nausea. I really hope it helps! I am 9 weeks and 5 days along today (10 weeks on Wednesday) and the doctor said you can't usually hear the heartbeat until 10 weeks but we can give it a try. Well, after a few minutes of listening to my own heartbeat....bump bump bump bump, there it was! Our little peanuts heartbeat came bumping through! We were all so happy to hear those little beats (around 160bpm) this early! Josh and Antonio had the biggest smiles on their faces and grandma started to cry of course.
As soon as I got home I got sick again and had to lay down. Thank GOD for my mom and husband, they are so helpful and I would definitely not be able to get through these weeks without them! They take such good care of me! My little Antonio too... he is so caring. I am hoping I start to feel better after week 12 because that's when I started to feel better when I was pregnant with Antonio. I'll be in good shape once I get past the nausea!

8 weeks 1 day!

Hey everyone! It's only been a week but I feel like I haven't been on the computer in forever! This pregnancy has really been knocking me off of my feet! Thank GOD for my husband and parents!! I am now 8 weeks and 1 day along!

A little week recap:

Valentines day was awesome! Josh surprised me with a new video camera that makes DVDs and cooked for Antonio and I ALL day! It was such a treat. Antonio got a bunch of toys and candy from us and his grandparents. He is such a spoiled little man.

A few days ago, my doctor sent me for another sonogram. Because of our lost pregnancy in August, he is really keeping a close eye on this little peanut. This time, we got to see the little heart beating!! It was so amazing. 144 strong bpm. It's amazing how much this little bean had grown in a week and some days. Last ultrasound, all we saw was a sack and a dot. This time, we actually got to see our little embryo and its precious little heart beating! Amazing. We are so blessed. I just can't wait until this morning (or should I say 24/7) sickness is over!!

Antonio's Valentines Day Party at School

Today was Antonio's school Valentines Day party. It was really adorable. All the parents and both classes got together to have snacks and give out little valentines. Antonio was able to give all of his friends the little valentines day packages we made filled with candy, small toys and a card. He also received tons of valentines! So cute!

I LOVE UFC!!!!

Well, Saturday was a great day. Josh, Antonio and I got to meet so many cool people from the MMA world. MMA is our favorite sport so needless to say meeting these people made our whole year! After getting Antonio's T-shirt and our UFC book signed, we dropped Antonio off at home with my parents and headed into Tampa with my cousin Elizabeth and her boyfriend Ryan for UFC fight night live!

We got to meet alot of other great people such as Bruce Buffer, Joe Rogan, Mike Goldberg, Mask, Sky Scrape, Kenny Florian, Miguel Torres, Marc Delagrotti, Lorenzo Fertitta, Arianny Celeste, Edith LaBelle, Logan Stanton (Ring girls) and Angelo Dundee but unfortunatly no photos. The Experience was amazing though.

6 weeks!

Well, I had my first sonogram yesterday, February 5, 2009 at 6 weeks 1 day. It was so amazing to see the tiny dot on the screen is actually our child! Everything looks exactly the way it should this early on so Praise the Lord!! I am, however, feeling sooo tired lately. Its amazing how tired you actually feel when you are pregnant! LOL. My belly bump is also getting bigger. I can't believe the size of my belly so early on!

Life IS Grand!

I was tagged to play this by Karen. Here is what I am supposed to do. I'm supposed to list 5 things that make my life grand and then tag 5 other people so here goes!

1. My life is grand because of GOD. Without my Lord, I would have nothing and it is as simple as that. He is the reason behind every happiness I have and everything I am grateful for!!

2. My life is grand because of my son Antonio. He is the joy of my life. He is the most perfect little thing I have ever seen. He is truly a touch of heaven on earth. Before I met him, I never knew what it was to look at someone and smile for no reason. I can watch him sleep for hours just running my fingers through his soft little curls. HE is what keeps me going everyday.

3. My life is grand because of my husband Josh. He is my best friend and soul mate. Josh and I have a relationship that surpasses all of my expectations. He truly understands and inspires me. He works hard to spoil me and always get me everything I could ever want or need. I thank God for bringing the perfect man into my life.

4. My life is grand because I am pregnant with another child! I feel so blessed that God has given us another pregnancy to enjoy. Everyday that goes by is another day to enjoy in bliss, just watching my belly take shape as our beautiful healthy baby grows inside. We can not wait to find out if God has blessed us with a girl, or another boy.

5. Last, but not least, my life is grand because of my family. I don't think I could have been blessed with a more loving, generous family. We are all there for each other always and love each other very much. I am always certain I have many shoulders to lean on if times get a little rough.
