Playtime Videos and a New Discovery!

While Antonio was at school today, Giovanni was wide awake the whole time giving us lots of play time together! He was smiling up a storm but of course hardly smiled at all on video! Isn't that always the way!? Here are video's of my little pumpkin shmumkin :)

Also, today, December 7, 2009, Giovanni discovered his hands for the first time! He has been playing with them and sucking on them a lot today!

My Little Heavyweight

It's so funny how big my little baby is. Giovanni is not even 10 weeks old yet, and I'm sure he is pushing 17lbs. At his 2 month checkup (8 weeks old) he was 15lbs. I am totally loving this!! I ADORE really chunky babies!! The fatter, the better! Here are some photos of my little heavyweight during a quick bath at grandma's and after :) Lookkkk at the rolls!

Tummy Time/ Play Time for Giovanni

Giovanni has been doing very well with his tummy time. He can hold his head up so well now! I was surprised the other day when I put him in his crib, he almost turned over! He can't get fully over, but he can get on his side! He is such a squirmy baby LOL. Always moving! He "talks" a lot too! What a little joy. Josh, Antonio and I have so much fun with him!!

Letters from Santa Claus!

The boys got letters from Santa Claus today! Along with each letter was a "Nice List Certificate" signed by both Santa and Rudolph! Both of my boys are on the nice list this year (as I'm sure they will be every year)! Antonio was so excited when he saw that the letters were from Santa. His eyes opened real wide as he was smiling from ear to ear! These letters will be great additions to both of their memory boxes!

Christmas Photos 2009

The boys got their Christmas photos done today! Giovanni also met Santa for the first time! Once we got to the picture people, it went a lot smoother then I expected! Both of my boys were very well behaved and took really cute photos! Antonio was thrilled that Santa was there and asked him if he had gotten his letter. Santa told him he sure did! Antonio should be expecting a letter back any day now! The photos came out beautiful in person... these scanned photos are not the greatest but you get the idea :) I am so happy with the way they came out!!
